- 1 ikan patin
- 75gm tempoyak
- 10gm daun kesum
- 10gm shallot
- 10gm ginger
- 10gm garlic
- 10gm turmeric
- 10gm galangal
- 1 nos lemon grass
- 15gm bird eye chilli
- salt
- 3 nos tamarind(dry)
Directions
- u can blend or ketuk (using lesung batu-the best way) the shallot,ginger,garlic,turmeric,galangal & bird eye chilli.
- in a pot, add about 500ml of water.
- place the fish in.
- add in the blended ingredients,tempoyak,daun kesum & dry tamarind.
- on the fire, in moderate.
- season to taste.
